We are seeking talented German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an exciting project for a major hotel chain! This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team based in Malaga, Spain.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail in German.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.).
- Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
- Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution.
