As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will help customers with questions about mobile telephony, internet, and home services.

You will answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer receives an excellent service experience. You will also identify commercial opportunities and advise customers on products and services that match their needs.
