What you'll do

  • Surface preparation: disassembly and assembly of bodywork elements, repair of dents and deformations in sheet metal, stripping, degreasing, application of fillers, and sanding according to workshop procedures.

  • Panel beating work: shaping, adjustment, and basic welding of metal parts and repair of light structures following safety and quality standards.

  • Masking and protection: preparation of adjacent areas through masking and protection to ensure a professional finish and avoid damage during the painting process.

  • Coordination with painting: delivery and receipt of parts between panel beating and the paint booth, communication regarding repair status and finish requirements.

  • Touch-ups and finishes: performing small touch-ups and final finishing to guarantee color and texture uniformity on truck and industrial vehicle bodies.
