Quality Engineer

• University degree in Technical Engineering or Higher Engineering.
• B2 level of Basque.
• B2 level of English; knowledge of French and/or German will be valued.
• Interest in developing a professional career in international industrial environments, with direct contact with customers and suppliers.
• Analytical capacity, initiative, and orientation towards continuous improvement.

You will be the person responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction, driving excellence in quality from the launch of new projects to the monitoring of mass production.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead the relationship with assigned customers in product approval processes, audits, and incident resolution presentations, acting as the main interlocutor on quality matters.
• Coordinate and prepare customer audits, leading both their planning and their defense and follow-up.
• Prepare the quality documentation necessary for the approval of new products: control plans, control instructions, process capability studies, and other associated documentation.
• Manage customer quality complaints, analyzing causes, defining action plans, and coordinating improvement actions with the various departments involved.
• Monitor quality indicators in production and promote actions oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements, performing process audits, incident monitoring, and the development of improvement plans.
• Participate actively in the implementation and maintenance of quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention management systems.
