At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company in the industrial/metal sector located in the Txorierri area, in the search for a Customer Quality Engineer.

What you'll do

· Maintain and improve the relationship with customers to expedite the resolution of incidents and reduce them, working in a coordinated manner with the commercial area.

· Coordinate calibration processes, quality investigations, and the performance of assays and tests (analysis, traction, etc.) to guarantee quality standards.

· Process and review non-conformities by requesting evidence and defining internal corrective actions to prevent their reappearance.

· Perform customer visits to address technical inquiries regarding incidents and provide support to Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Sales.

· Lead the implementation of new technological tools for quality control and measurement.

· Review specifications, technical data sheets, standards, and manuals, as well as manage certificates, materials, and approvals.
