Requirements

What we're looking for

Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Training for Civil Works (minimum 60 hours or 20 specific hours).
Construction Industry Card (CIC) / Valid certification for operating civil works machinery (backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers).
Valid Class B driver's license.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in urban civil works, manhole assembly, and fiber optic deployment/laying.

The role

At CIRCET, a leading company in telecommunications and energy, we are looking for a first-class skilled tradesperson for the Vizcaya area.

You will be responsible for leading on-site civil works and network deployment, coordinating trenching and cabling tasks, ensuring safety and permits, and operating heavy machinery.

What you'll do

Cable and Conduit Laying: Carry out the pulling, guiding, and laying of fiber optic cables and sub-conduits (standard and flame-retardant NP) in newly built ducts (multi-ducts) and existing infrastructure (lined pipes, manholes, galleries, or facades).
Direct Machinery Operation: Operate mini-excavators, backhoes, or trenchers for digging trenches (CAFO), driving supports, and excavating in different types of terrain.
Masonry and Manholes: Build, rebuild, and raise manholes, assemble frames and covers, and install telecommunications junction boxes.
Paving Restoration: Fill trenches with concrete and permanently restore sidewalks and roadways with various finishes.
Duct Installation: Place multi-ducts, 3x40 mm sub-ducts, and protective pipes inside new trenches before backfilling.
