About the role

At CIRC, a leading company in telecommunications and energy, we are looking for a Site Supervisor for the Biscay area.

You will be responsible for leading on-site civil works and network deployment, coordinating trenching and cabling tasks, ensuring safety and permits, and operating heavy machinery.

What you'll do

Supervision and Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the construction team on a daily basis (Skilled Workers and Laborers), organizing the work sites and ensuring performance and deadlines are met.
Cable Laying Supervision: Direct and control fiber optic cable laying operations, ensuring that the cable passing through new conduits or existing ducts complies with the required bending radii and maximum tension.
Technical Control and Layout: Interpret plans, provide technical support, and oversee the opening of manholes and on-site checks.
Work Site and HSE Management: Ensure road safety, proper signage, and the correct use of PPE in confined spaces or service galleries.

What we're looking for

Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Training for Civil Works (minimum 60 hours or 20 specific hours).
Construction Industry Card (CIC) / Valid certification for operating civil works machinery (backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers).
Valid Class B driver's license.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in civil works and/or telecommunications/electricity network ducting.
