The role
What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage the team of area coordinators.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports detailing the development of a specific service, as well as its assessment, whenever the City Council requires it.
- Resolve conflicts and manage incidents that may arise during service delivery.
- Conduct home visits deemed necessary in response to serious situations or incidents in the service.
- Carry out regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Manage billing and prepare reports.
