The role

We are looking for someone to join the Community department at our locations in Barcelona. The main goal of the Community team is to offer workspaces in optimal conditions, increase well-being in the space and provide connections with other professionals.

What you'll do

Activities the person will carry out:

Support with commercial tours of the space.
Support with client check-ins and check-outs.
Receiving and resolving client issues.
Support with the day-to-day operations of the centers.
Implementation of space management and security policies.
Support with the execution of events in the spaces.
Updating databases.
Rounds to check the general condition of the center.
Customer service via phone, email and face to face.
Administrative support.

What we want you to have ✨

Work or educational experience abroad will be valued.
Good written and verbal communication.
Networking skills, interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
High organizational capacity, efficiency and attention to detail.
Native level of Spanish and Catalan.
High level of English, C1 in order to speak with clients.
