To expand our Customer Service Unit at TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a person to support the team mainly in administrative and operational tasks related to logistics management, to join our paid internship program for recent graduates who ideally have the possibility of completing a full-time internship.

What you'll do

Some of the tasks that the selected person will carry out will be:

Execute the administrative processes necessary for the daily management of the Customer Service team.
Use internal tools to prepare information before contacting each carrier.
Facilitate operational actions that allow logistical incidents to be resolved more quickly and efficiently.
Update data and records in internal systems to ensure the traceability of each case.
Support the preparation of documentation necessary for returns, incidents, or logistical inquiries.
Collaborate with the team in basic tasks of monitoring and controlling open cases.
