Business Lead & Strategy – Secondary Stage (Spain)

We are looking for a person to lead the business vertical for the Secondary stage in Spain. You will be responsible for the current revenue of this stage across the country and will be fully involved in retention, expansion, and growth of the vertical. It is a role that combines strategic vision with on-the-ground execution: both designing the plan and visiting schools.

To achieve this, you will need to understand the product in depth and build bridges with the different teams directly involved in Secondary, so that you can outline new strategic models and action plans to grow and retain our schools.

• Manage and monitor the revenue of Secondary across Spain.

• Lead the retention, expansion, and growth strategy for the vertical.

• Understand the product in depth to provide sound advice and make well-founded decisions.

• Coordinate and build bridges with internal teams directly involved in Secondary, aligning efforts toward common goals.

• Design strategic models and action plans focused on customer growth and retention.

• Get hands-on: support schools one-on-one, handling renewals and providing technical guidance when needed.

• University degree and 5+ years of professional experience in business (not necessarily in the education sector).

• Experience in business management, with a strong focus on goals, results, and strategy to drive real changes in a market segment.

• Sensitivity to education - or a genuine desire to learn and immerse yourself in this context.

• Excellent communication skills and empathy to connect with people and schools.

• Problem-solving and strategic flexibility: in complex contexts, you know how to find alternatives and design new paths.

• Native Catalan and Spanish.

• Availability to travel occasionally across the country.

Buscamos a una persona que lidere la vertical de negocio de la etapa de Secundaria en España. Serás responsable de la facturación actual de esta etapa en todo el país y te implicarás de lleno en la retención, la expansión y el crecimiento de la vertical. Es un rol que combina visión estratégica con ejecución sobre el terreno: tanto diseñar el plan como pisar el colegio.

Para lograrlo, necesitarás entender el producto de forma muy profunda y tender puentes con los distintos equipos que intervienen directamente en Secundaria, de modo que puedas trazar nuevos modelos estratégicos y planes de acción para crecer y fidelizar a nuestros centros.

• Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de la facturación de Secundaria en toda España.

• Liderar la estrategia de retención, expansión y crecimiento de la vertical.

• Conocer el producto en profundidad para poder asesorar y tomar decisiones bien fundamentadas.

• Coordinarte y tender puentes con los equipos internos que tienen intervención directa en Secundaria, alineando esfuerzos hacia objetivos comunes.

• Diseñar modelos estratégicos y planes de acción concretos orientados al crecimiento y a la fidelización de clientes.

• Bajar al terreno: acompañar a los centros uno a uno, encargándote de las renovaciones y del asesoramiento técnico cuando lo necesiten.

• Estudios universitarios y +5 años de experiencia profesional en empresa (no hace falta que sea en el sector educativo).

• Experiencia en gestión de negocio, con una fuerte orientación a objetivos, resultados y estrategia para impulsar cambios reales en un segmento de mercado.

• Sensibilidad por la educación -o verdaderas ganas de aprender y sumergirte en este contexto.

• Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y empatía para conectar con las personas y con los centros.

• Resolución de problemas y flexibilidad estratégica: ante contextos complejos, sabes buscar alternativas y diseñar nuevos caminos.

• Catalán y castellano nativos.

• Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente por el país.
