About the role

COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carrying out comprehensive maintenance and specific works on buildings, infrastructures and industries.

We are currently looking for an HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT due to the expansion of the personnel administration team at our office headquarters in Cornellà de Llobregat

Your main responsibilities will be:

What you'll do

-Preparing contracts and all company onboarding documentation

-Preparing and sending documentation to all new hires (contract, company procedures manual, etc.)

-Reporting all necessary data to carry out procedures with the social security system

-Monitoring and reviewing contract expirations and probationary periods, vacations, employee permits, temporary disabilities (IT/AT) and garnishments

-Reviewing payroll and settlements

-Managing employee attendance control

-Keeping the database and digital employee files up to date.

- Managing national work calendars

- Entering work tickets into the system for monthly payroll preparation

- Assisting employees with any questions regarding HR administration
