What you'll do

  • Preventive maintenance of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and general equipment.
  • Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of faults with minimal impact on healthcare services.
  • Document management and CMMS: recording of work orders, incidents, and audits.
  • Emergency response according to the centre's protocols.

What are we looking for?

We want to add two first-class multi-skilled tradespeople (m/f) to the team for the maintenance of the facilities of one of our clients, located in Sant Joan Despí.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

-Previous experience in carrying out comprehensive maintenance in public-access buildings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, etc.).

-Minimum experience of 2–3 years in comprehensive building maintenance. Training in electricity, HVAC, thermal installations or related fields

-Knowledge of regulations: RITE, legionella...

-Ability to work in critical environments and under strict procedures

-Skills: technical versatility, incident resolution, communication, and teamwork.
