• Support the recording, review and control of accounting information, ensuring the correct entry of data into the system.
• Collaborate in the review of balance sheets, ledgers and accounting accounts, helping to identify possible issues or discrepancies.
• Participate in the reconciliation of commercial and financial balances between group companies.
• Prepare supporting reports on accounting balances to facilitate their review and analysis by the manager.
• Provide support in gathering the documentation required by external auditors during audit processes and the preparation of annual accounts.
• Collaborate in maintaining general ledger account masters and balance sheet structures.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and documentation required to comply with accounting and commercial obligations.
• Participate in other tasks within the accounting area as required by the department.

We want to add a JUNIOR ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN to the team at the Barcelona offices.

• Education in Business Administration, Business Studies, Finance and Accounting, a Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, or similar.
• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in accounting, administrative-accounting or general accounting support roles.
• Knowledge of Excel and good command of Office tools.
• SAP knowledge at user level is a plus.
• Experience or prior exposure to audit processes, accounting closings or annual accounts is a plus.
• Interest in developing within the general accounting area in a corporate environment.
• Ability to learn, attention to detail and ease in acquiring new knowledge.
• Proactivity to contribute improvements, organise tasks and collaborate on departmental projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with different internal stakeholders.

• Apoyar en el registro, revisión y control de la información contable, asegurando la correcta introducción de los datos en el sistema.
• Colaborar en la revisión de balances, mayores y cuentas contables, ayudando a identificar posibles incidencias o diferencias.
• Participar en la conciliación de saldos comerciales y financieros entre sociedades del grupo.
• Preparar informes de apoyo sobre saldos contables para facilitar su revisión y análisis por parte del responsable.
• Dar soporte en la recopilación de documentación requerida por auditores externos durante los procesos de auditoría y elaboración de cuentas anuales.
• Colaborar en el mantenimiento de maestros de cuentas de mayor y estructuras de balance.
• Apoyar en la preparación de estados contables y documentación necesaria para el cumplimiento de obligaciones contables y mercantiles.
• Participar en otras tareas del área contable según las necesidades del departamento.

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a TÉCNICO/A CONTABLE JUNIOR en las oficinas de Barcelona.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Formación en ADE, Empresariales, Finanzas y Contabilidad, Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas o similar.
• Experiencia aproximada de 1-2 años en funciones contables, administrativas-contables o de soporte a contabilidad general.
• Conocimientos de Excel y buen manejo de herramientas Office.
• Valorable conocimiento de SAP a nivel usuario.
• Valorable experiencia o contacto previo con procesos de auditoría, cierres contables o cuentas anuales.
• Interés por desarrollarte en el área de contabilidad general dentro de un entorno corporativo.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje, atención al detalle y facilidad para adquirir nuevos conocimientos.
• Proactividad para aportar mejoras, organizar tareas y colaborar en proyectos del departamento.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo para relacionarte con distintos interlocutores internos.
