🧠 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or similar.

• Good command of Excel (formulas, filters, and data organization).

• Methodical profile, with attention to detail and orientation toward continuous improvement.

• Valuable experience with accounting ERPs (ideally SAGE 200).

🎯 Your mission: To reinforce the administration department by providing support in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. You will learn how the complete accounting cycle works and participate in key processes, making this an ideal position for someone looking for a solid environment to grow and learn.

💡 Your main functions:

• Collaborate in the accounting of supplier and customer invoices.

• Support bank reconciliations and the review of movements.

• Help in the preparation of monthly accounting closings.

• Register and update accounting and administrative documentation.

• Collaborate in the monitoring of expenses, purchases, and other basic analytical areas.

• Use collaborative tools (Google Drive) for the maintenance of reports.

• Support the accounting and management control team in day-to-day operational tasks.
