Requirements

What we're looking for

Academic Training: Higher Level Vocational Training (FP) in Thermal and Fluid Installations Project Development, Building Projects, Civil Works Projects, or an equivalent technical degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP modeling and drafting.
Mandatory Software: Fluent and proficient use of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Technical Competencies: Proven ability in reading and interpreting technical installation diagrams and drawings, as well as the practical application of BIM workflows and clash detection.
Key Skills: Geometric rigor, analytical capacity, and ease in coordinated work with engineering managers.

Nice to have

Proficiency in Navisworks, management of open formats (IFC), and operation in Common Data Environments (CDE).
Experience in projects focused on sustainability and efficiency: aerothermal energy, solar photovoltaic energy, efficient HVAC, and energy retrofitting.

The role

We are looking for a specialized professional to join the MEP engineering area. The selected person will be responsible for advanced BIM modeling and the development of technical graphic documentation, ensuring the perfect spatial and functional integration of installations with architectural and structural models.

What you'll do

MEP BIM Modeling: Model electrical, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and sanitation systems in Revit, adapting to the design criteria set by engineering.
Technical Documentation: Generate technical drawings, schematic diagrams, construction details, and graphic documentation for both the design phase and the construction execution phase.
Spatial Coordination: Coordinate disciplines, identify volumetric interferences (clash detection), and propose adjustment solutions for technical validation.
Data Extraction: Extract reliable measurements from BIM models and ensure consistency between the model, drawings, and budget items.
BIM Standardization: Create and parameterize Revit families, manage view templates, and maintain the BIM standards set for each project.
As-Built and Document Management: Incorporate site modifications for the preparation of final documentation (As-Built), ensuring version control and order within the work environment.

How you'll work

Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Modality: On-site in Ourense with optional remote work (organizational flexibility).
Salary Range: €26,000 - €30,000 gross annual depending on experience.
Development: Joining a highly qualified technical team and participating in top-tier multidisciplinary projects.
