About the role

We are recruiting for an engineering firm in Madrid:

An engineering firm located in downtown Madrid is seeking Drafters with Revit MEP proficiency for the development of mechanical installations in singular building projects such as:

  • Shopping Centers

  • Hospitals

  • Office buildings

  • Other projects of high technical complexity

The selected candidate will join a specialized technical team focused on the development and BIM modeling of installations.

What you'll do

  • Modeling and development of mechanical installations (HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.) in Revit MEP

  • BIM coordination with other disciplines (structure, architecture, electrical)

  • Preparation of drawings and technical documentation

  • Support in the development of projects during the design and execution phases
