🎯 Ideal Profile: What fits this position?

We are looking for a technical, autonomous figure with the capacity for immediate incorporation into the department:

Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or similar. Postgraduate training specific to Advanced Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis is highly valued.
Experience: 2-4 years in accounting responsibility positions, financial Controller, or treasury manager, preferably managing groups of companies/multi-entity structures.
Tools: Advanced mastery of top-tier ERPs (SAP, SAGE) and Business Intelligence / Reporting tools.
Audit & Taxation: Absolute mastery of the PGC (Spanish General Accounting Plan), preparation of external audits, and settlement of state/local taxes.
Attitude & Aptitude: A person with numerical rigor, proactive, analytical, organized, and with the initiative to improve workflows.

For one of our most powerful clients in the hospitality, leisure, and catering sector, we are looking for a person with an analytical vision, technical rigor, and the ability to pilot the Accounting and Finance department.

If you are motivated by taking real financial control, working side-by-side with management, and auditing/optimizing processes in an agile environment... this project is for you!

What you'll do

You will assume leadership of the group's accounting and treasury area, guaranteeing technical accuracy, optimization of cash flows, and regulatory and tax compliance.

Closings and Taxes: Lead and coordinate monthly (Month End Close) and annual accounting closings, as well as the presentation of all tax forms (VAT, Corporate Tax, IRPF, and fees).
Management Control & Reporting: Preparation of Budget and Forecast, analysis of deviations, and direct reporting to General Management.
Treasury and Financing: Supervision of daily/monthly Cash Flow, management of banking relationships, and control of intercompany loans between the various companies in the group.
External Audit: Integral management of the accounts audit process with top-tier firms (Big Four / Moore).
Process Improvement: Implementation and optimization of internal financial control procedures in ERP tools (SAP / SAGE / SAP BW environments).
