Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in the management or execution of pre-assembly tasks in industrial environments.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation.
Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on-site.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

You will enjoy a permanent contract with a 40-hour weekly working day and an initial 3-month probationary period.

You will be entitled to 22 working days of vacation per year.

The remuneration for this position is in a salary band of EUR 40,000-50,000 per year.

The role

You will coordinate and supervise the pre-assembly processes at the Logroño facilities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines for industrial production.

You will familiarize yourself with the work teams and the specific operating procedures of the Logroño plant. You will assume direct responsibility for the organization of industrial pre-assembly and will consolidate coordination with the rest of the production departments.
