What we're looking for
Minimum requirements:
- Adequate training for the development of functions.
- We will value previous experience of at least 1 year in retail or in the mass distribution sector.
- Good appearance and diction: skills in customer service, dynamism, tenacity, negotiation, and organization.
- It is essential to be available for 30 hours/week to work from Monday to Saturday, including Sundays and holidays authorized by the autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest established in the department store collective agreement.

The role
Reporting to the department management, we are looking for a colleague for the position of CASHIER - CUSTOMER SERVICE 30 HOURS for our STORE IN SANT BOI DEL LLOBREGAT (Barcelona).
What you'll do
Responsibilities:
- Attend to and inform customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage the cash register, ensuring the correct accounting of transactions.
- Process payments and issue sales receipts.
- Resolve customer incidents and suggestions with speed and efficiency.
- Offer general support in the store, collaborating with the team on various tasks.
