Requirements
What we're looking for
- High school diploma
- Minimum English level B2
- Previous experience in retail or in the mass retail sector will be valued.
- Good presence and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, negotiation and organization
- Availability to work full-time with split shifts from Monday to Saturday, and on the Sundays and holidays established by each region, respecting the two weekly rest days set out in the collective bargaining agreement.
The role
Reporting to the department manager, we are looking for a colleague for the position of FURNITURE AND SLEEP PRODUCTS SALESPERSON, 30 hours per week, for our store in La Zenia (Orihuela Costa).
What you'll do
Among your main duties, the following stand out:
- Advising, assisting, and selling to customers.
- Resolving incidents.
- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.
- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.
- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.
- Achieving the budgeted sales targets.
- Providing general support to the store.
