- Listening to, detecting, and addressing your customers' needs.

- Build a trusting relationship with your clients because you will put into practice everything mentioned in the previous point.

- Offer the budget the client needs so that the purchase fits their needs and possibilities.

- Plan the assembly with the different assembly teams.

- Monitoring the project to ensure the relationship is a total win-win.
