📢 We are looking for a Construction and Installations Technician!

📍 Location: Zona Franca (Barcelona)

Are you interested in participating in the coordination and monitoring of construction and installation projects, ensuring their correct execution in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality?

💡 This position will allow you to contribute to the development and adaptation of our centers and franchised stores, ensuring compliance with established standards.

Under the supervision of the responsible person, you will be in charge of controlling and monitoring the construction and installation projects assigned to you, both in the cooperative's own centers and in franchised stores.

Your mission will be to coordinate the execution of the projects and ensure compliance with the established objectives in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality, ensuring the correct planning, contracting, and supervision of the work.

🔎 Your main functions will be:

• Control compliance with the objectives defined in the Annual Management Plan within your area of responsibility, through monitoring of management indicators, analysis of deviations, and proposal and execution of corrective actions, in coordination with your supervisor.

• Collaborate with external engineering and/or architecture teams, the property (in franchised stores) and the design technician in the elaboration of the project, ensuring adequacy to the theoretical model and compliance with current regulations.

• Execute the process of contracting suppliers necessary for the assigned projects (definition of items, request and analysis of budgets, evaluation of alternatives, awarding under the supervision of the executive and formalization of contracts), in collaboration with your supervisor or with the franchise owner.

• Supervise the execution of construction and installation projects, monitoring the contracted companies and ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and qualities.

• Plan and coordinate the different trades and industries involved in the execution of the construction or installation.

• Carry out the final review of the construction/installation and coordinate its delivery to the sales, franchising and/or maintenance departments.

• Collaborate in the research, development and implementation of new technologies, aimed at optimizing costs, times and resources in the processes under your responsibility.
