🔎 Your main functions will be:

• Control compliance with the objectives defined in the Annual Management Plan within your area of responsibility, through monitoring of management indicators, analysis of deviations, and proposal and execution of corrective actions, in coordination with your supervisor.

• Collaborate with external engineering and/or architecture teams, the property (in franchised stores) and the design technician in the elaboration of the project, ensuring adequacy to the theoretical model and compliance with current regulations.

• Execute the process of contracting suppliers necessary for the assigned projects (definition of items, request and analysis of budgets, evaluation of alternatives, awarding under the supervision of the executive and formalization of contracts), in collaboration with your supervisor or with the franchise owner.

• Supervise the execution of construction and installation projects, monitoring the contracted companies and ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and qualities.

• Plan and coordinate the different trades and industries involved in the execution of the construction or installation.

• Carry out the final review of the construction/installation and coordinate its delivery to the sales, franchising and/or maintenance departments.

• Collaborate in the research, development and implementation of new technologies, aimed at optimizing costs, times and resources in the processes under your responsibility.
