PURPOSE
Supervise and technically control the execution of works and projects at client sites, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with the project, regulations, and Bureau Veritas protocols. Works on-site (energy, civil, building, renewables, railway, etc.) in ongoing coordination with contractors, site management, and the client. Their presence on-site provides safety, quality, and traceability for project progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Supervise daily site activities: civil, mechanical, electrical, or multidisciplinary.
■ Monitor progress, performance, and quality of execution against the project schedule and plan.
■ Verify materials and equipment on-site: receipt, conformity, and traceability.
■ Conduct QA/QC inspections and record evidence in the corresponding protocols.
■ Identify and manage non-conformities, opening and following up on action plans.
■ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site management in site meetings.
■ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental plans on-site.
■ Validate measurements, progress certifications, and as-built documentation.
■ Report project progress, risks, and deviations to the project manager.
■ Document incidents, photographs, and site records with traceability.
■ Apply Bureau Veritas quality, safety, and ethics protocols with the client.
