Building Installations Foreman

• Previous experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Installations Foreman.

• Availability to work in Barcelona.

• Capacity for organization and coordination of work teams.

• Orientation towards meeting deadlines, quality, and safety.

• Communication skills and resolution of incidents on site.

• Capacity to work in dynamic environments and collaborate with different project stakeholders.

We are currently looking to incorporate a Foreman in Barcelona, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling the correct execution of the site installations, guaranteeing compliance with the quality, safety, deadlines, and costs established for the project.

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of the mechanical and electrical installations on site.

• Organize and control the work carried out by our own personnel and subcontracted installation companies.

• Plan daily tasks and activities in coordination with the site management.

• Verify that the work is executed in accordance with the plans, technical specifications, and established procedures.

• Monitor the progress of the installation works, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

• Control the reception, storage, and use of installation materials and equipment.

• Coordinate the coexistence of the different installation specialties with the rest of the site units.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures in the works under their responsibility.

• Supervise the quality of the executed works and collaborate in the resolution of technical incidents during execution.

• Collaborate in the preparation of testing, commissioning, and closing of the executed installations.

• Maintain fluid communication with the site management and the rest of the teams involved in the project.

• Prepare progress reports on the status and advancement of the assigned works.
