The role

The Kleta team is growing!

We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and proactive person, capable of combining technical bicycle mechanics functions with direct customer service tasks. This role is key to guaranteeing both the quality of the technical service and an excellent experience for our customers.

What you'll do

• Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of bicycles (Electric and mechanical)

• Adjustments of brakes, gears, transmissions, and wheels.

• Assembly and tuning of new bicycles.

• Fault detection and proposal of technical solutions.

• Basic management of tools and organization of the work area.

• Incident management with professional and friendly service.

• Transport, collection of bicycles or materials when necessary.

• Support in general establishment tasks according to operational needs.

• Permanent contract and full-time position.
