The Operations team is looking for a Junior Aftersales Specialist to join our HQ in Barcelona.

This person will provide support in managing warranty cases, technical incidents, fleet control, stock, reporting, and process improvement related to our fleet of electric and combustion vehicles.

We are looking for someone organized, proactive, and with an interest in the technical side of operations. A person with a hands-on mindset, capable of coordinating with delegations, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure technical issues are documented, escalated, and resolved correctly.

• You will manage and follow up on warranty cases with suppliers and manufacturers until resolution.

• You will provide technical support to delegations, resolving incidents or coordinating their escalation when necessary.

• You will maintain fluid communication with delegations, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure incident follow-up.

• You will prepare periodic reports on warranties, incidents, and fleet status.

• You will collaborate on battery management and follow-up, as well as controlling their repair and recycling.

• You will keep the fleet status, stock, and laboratory inventory up to date.

• You will manage the shipment of technical materials such as batteries, IoT devices, and SIM cards.

• You will contribute to improving processes, tools, and technical documentation for the team.

• You will participate in testing new vehicles and validating technical incidents.

• Previous experience in aftersales, technical support, operations, or similar roles.

• Previous experience with motorcycles, bicycles, e-bikes, or electric vehicles will be especially valued.

• Basic knowledge of electric and combustion vehicles.

• Ability to identify when something is not working correctly, for example, noises, brakes, batteries, IoT devices, or other components.

• Spanish and English at B2 level or higher.

• Ability to write clear technical reports in Spanish and English.

• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good digital organization and ability to properly document work in shared tools such as SharePoint.

• Decisive, autonomous profile with initiative.

• Ease in handling digital tools, warranty portals, applications, and vehicle connection systems.

• 125cc motorcycle license required.

• Driving license valued.

• Availability to travel approximately once a month.

• Permanent contract.
