We are looking for university profiles who are in the final years of their degree programs in fields such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration and Management, or Industrial Engineering, with an interest in developing in data analysis, process automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement of operations.

• Intermediate English (B2 certified).
• Proficiency in computer tools, especially advanced Microsoft Office 365 Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI and Power Query.

• A 6-month scholarship in Madrid (work location: Coslada), with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months, provided we can establish an agreement with your university or academic center.
• A schedule that offers you flexibility to balance work and studies: from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with flexibility, for example, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
• A financial stipend for your studies of 600 euros gross/month.
• Mentoring through specialized tutors in each area who will accompany, advise, and train you throughout this professional journey.

The activities/functions you will carry out will be the following:

• You will participate in the updating, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational reports, transforming and structuring data to generate valuable information for the business.
• You will collaborate in the definition, calculation, and monitoring of KPIs, supporting the analysis of results and the identification of improvement opportunities..
• You will design and develop dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Participation in the preparation of analyses and business cases aimed at evaluating investments and promoting operational efficiency.
• You will collaborate on process automation and optimization projects using digital tools and artificial intelligence, contributing to the transformation and continuous improvement of the department.
