Requirements

What we're looking for

• Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior).

• Knowledge of programming and design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial environments, die/tooling workshops, fitting, lathe, and/or milling.

• Interest in continuous learning and professional development.

• Responsible, proactive person with the ability to work in a team.

• Residency in an area near Padrón or availability to commute.

The role

CORTIZO, a leading company in the aluminum and PVC profile manufacturing sector for architecture, is selecting a Die/Tooling Technician to join and train within the PVC section.

What you'll do

The selected person's main functions will be:

• Polishing and finishing of mechanical parts.

• Milling machine operation and support in machining operations.

• Assembly and disassembly of tools, components, and mechanical assemblies.

• Support in programming and design tasks for parts and components.

• Collaboration in die/tooling and fitting work.

• Learning and specialization in the company's exclusive processes.

• Participation in the continuous improvement of production processes.
