The role

CORTIZO is selecting a Senior Engineer to join as Assistant to the Factory Director at one of our production plants abroad.

What you'll do

The selected person's main functions will be:

- Support in logistics tasks.

- Support in production management.

- Continuous improvement of the plants (lean manufacturing).

- Management of work shifts and management of manufacturing personnel.

What requirements are we looking for in this professional?

- Possession of a degree in Organizational ENGINEERING and/or other specialties.

- Availability to reside abroad for a minimum of 5 years.

- Senior experience in industrial and manufacturing environments.

- Leadership, analysis, and team management skills.

- Advanced level of English.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- A profile with initiative, results orientation, and a desire to take on new challenges.
