Die Stanzformhersteller/in

As a Die Maker, you will work in the Engineering and Manufacturing area within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector, performing tasks related to the manufacture and adjustment of dies. Your work will contribute to maintaining the quality and continuity of the processes.

• Morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating basis.
• Permanent contract in a company with good prospects and security.

• Manufacture dies according to production drawings and specifications.
• Adjust and assemble components to ensure the correct functioning of the dies.
• Perform the machining operations necessary for the production of tooling.
• Verify measurements, finishes, and tolerances during the manufacturing process.
• Detect issues in dies and apply adjustments to restore their operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on dies and production tooling.
• Interpret technical documentation to execute assigned tasks with precision.
• Record interventions performed to facilitate work tracking.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to manufacture, assemble, and adjust dies.
• Knowledge of machining applied to the manufacture of tooling.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Skill in using measuring and dimensional control instruments.
• Ability to identify deviations and perform mechanical adjustments.
• Knowledge of maintenance for dies and tooling.
