To incorporate an engineering profile within the production shifts with the objective of:

• Developing technical talent with a global vision of the plant.

• Act as the person in charge of the shift in the event of incidents or emergencies, coordinating necessary actions and communicating with management.

• Propose and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and equipment modifications.

• Collaborate on plant projects related to operability, safety, and training.

Therefore, we are initiating this process to create a pool of chemical engineers interested in developing their careers in Production. Although joining is planned for future opportunities that may arise during the last quarter of the year, we want to start getting to know profiles with potential and accompany them from the start of the process.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for newly graduated chemical engineers or those with little experience who want to start their professional career in an industrial environment, assuming a role of responsibility from day one. If you are motivated by plant work, operational decision-making, and leading teams, this is a unique opportunity to learn surrounded by professionals with extensive experience, developing progressively as a shift supervisor.
