Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer to work on projects in the Chemical or Petrochemical sector at our office located in Reus. The duties are as follows:

• Preparation of technical documentation for the correct specification of instrumentation and control materials and equipment.
• Preparation of technical documentation for the installation of instrumentation and control elements and equipment, based on the actual site conditions.
• Preparation of Requisitions, development of Technical Specifications, MTOs, and BOQs.
• Review and technical analysis of bids.
• Creation of drawings (MicroStation).
• Use of SmartPlant Instrumentation (INTOOLS).
• Specification and requisitioning of control systems (DCS) as well as safety instrumented systems (SIS).

Below, we detail the minimum requirements needed for the position:

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer in a refinery or petrochemical industry.
• Software skills: ExSiLentia, Microsoft Project, MicroStation, SmartPlant Instrument (INTOOLS), MAXIMO, SAP.

Actualmente seleccionamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Instrumentación y Control Senior para trabajar en proyectos del sector Químico o Petroquimico en nuestra oficina ubicada en Reus. Las funciones son las siguientes:

• Preparación de documentación técnica para la correcta especificación de materiales y equipos de instrumentación y control.
• Preparación de documentación técnica para el montaje de los elementos y equipos de instrumentación, en base a la situación real de las instalaciones en campo.
• Preparación de Requisiciones, desarrollar Fichas Técnicas, MTOs y BOQs.
• Revisión y análisis técnico de ofertas.
• Realización de planos (Microstation).
• Utilización de SmartPlant Instrumentation (INTOOLS).
• Especificación y requisición de los sistemas de control (DCS) así como sistemas instrumentados de seguridad (SIS)

A continuación, detallamos los requisitos mínimos necesarios para desempeñar el puesto:

• Formación en Ingeniería Química o Ingeniería Electrónica.
• Experiencia de al menos 3 años como Ingeniero/a de Instrumentación y Control en refinería o industria petroquímica.
• A nivel software: ExSiLentia, Microsoft Project, MicroStation, SmartPlant Instrument (INTOOLS), MAXIMO, SAP
