The role

We are looking for an engineer who, reporting directly to the Operations Directorate, will participate in the design and implementation from scratch of the company's Operational Excellence model, with the objective of subsequently converting it into the group's industrial standard.

What you'll do

Reporting to the COO, the selected person will be responsible for improving efficiency in the company's industrial model. Their functions, among others, will be:

Design and execute continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
Analyze data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement Lean tools and methodologies to increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the sustainability of the implemented initiatives.
Perform internal audits to evaluate compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
Provide training and technical support to personnel regarding operational best practices.
Supervise project progress and report results to management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
