About the role

Reporting to the O&M Supervisor and actively collaborating with the O&M Manager, the O&M Supervisor and the Control Center, he/she will be responsible for the proper functioning of the Operation and Maintenance of the plants under his/her responsibility.

What you'll do

·         Manage the request and implementation of work permits executed on the assets under his/her responsibility, acting as applicant and person responsible for the work permit.

·         Lead the execution of the LOTOs carried out on the work under his/her responsibility, performed by non-resident external subcontractors.

·         Collaborate in the execution of those jobs for which it is required.

·         Mentor personnel who are qualified for HV/LV work at the Plant.

·         Supervise the correct management of the PPE delivered to his/her personnel.

·         Request from HSE personnel the modification or incorporation of new PPE in his/her department according to the tasks.

·         Provide technical support to the personnel under his/her charge during the resolution of incidents.

·         Supervision of field work of the personnel under his/her responsibility.

·         Supervision of work carried out by subcontractors and external companies.

·         Supervision and execution of work classified as special risk according to the work permit procedure (such as electrical work, load lifting, work at height, etc.).

Academic training

Intermediate or advanced vocational training in the electrical/electronics field with at least 5 years of experience.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of photovoltaic power generation plants in the renewable energy sector or similar, or with experience in similar functions.

Computer skills and knowledge of CMMS.
