• Supervise the operation and maintenance of several Utility Scale photovoltaic plants.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of assets.
• Manage maintenance companies, contractors and specialized suppliers.
• Lead commissioning and start-up activities for new photovoltaic installations.
• Carry out technical verifications prior to commercial operation.
• Perform functional and electrical tests using specialized instrumentation.
• Validate electrical connections, inverters, transformer stations, switchgear and associated equipment.
• Diagnose technical incidents and coordinate corrective actions with the different parties involved.
• Supervise plant availability and performance.
• Prepare production, incident and operational monitoring reports.
• Coordinate contractor work during commissioning periods.
• Participate in the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of operation and maintenance procedures.
• Carry out periodic site visits for technical field monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with the safety, quality and performance standards established by the company.

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering or similar.
• Profiles with Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Electrotechnology or related specialties will also be valued.
• Previous experience in Operation and Maintenance, commissioning or start-up of photovoltaic installations.
• Experience in Utility Scale plants over 5 MW will be especially valued.
• Knowledge of electrical power generation, distribution and monitoring systems.
• Experience working with inverters, transformer stations, protection systems and commissioning equipment.
• Ability to perform functional tests and resolve technical incidents in the field.
• Availability to travel regularly to installations located within the country.
• Profile with autonomy, organizational skills and results orientation.
• Person with communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
