The role
We are looking for a Technical Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager profile to lead the corporate technical strategy for the operations and maintenance area of water networks and treatment plants. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the operation, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and the optimization of the assets managed by the company.
What you'll do
Define and standardize corporate operation and maintenance strategies for networks, WTP, and WWTP.
Technically supervise operating contracts, analyzing performance indicators, risks, and inefficiencies.
Validate O&M budgets, investments, renewals, and replacements of critical equipment.
Lead the definition and improvement of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
Drive technical asset management and the implementation of best practices.
Provide technical support to local teams in resolving incidents and complex decisions.
Participate in bids, tenders, concessions, and EPC projects with an operational component.
Evaluate the operability, maintainability, and efficiency of new infrastructures.
Support commissioning processes and the transition from construction to operation.
Identify improvement opportunities and new services associated with the O&M area.
Promote the incorporation of new technologies and digital tools.
Manage strategic alliances with suppliers and technological partners.
