University degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Mathematics.
High level of proficiency in the Office suite and financial models.
High level of English, both spoken and written (C1).
Minimum experience of at least 4 years in a similar position.

The role

We are looking for a Capital Markets Analyst for our Madrid offices. You will be responsible for providing support in the Capital Markets area, participating in the Company's strategy to seek institutional investors with or without a presence in the Spanish market, attending meetings with investors, preparing materials for them, with the prior analysis of investment track records, risk profiles, and proposed investor approach strategies (by type of capital, by investment capacity, by sector, by geographic area, etc.).

What you'll do

Prepare materials together with internal teams, gathering the most relevant information depending on the investors to be approached.
Support and participation in the closing of operations with new investors (legal, economic, financing, technical, commercial, etc.).
Coordination with the investment area to focus the investment according to the needs and investment strategies of the investors with whom we co-invest. Work hand in hand with the UW teams to provide input regarding returns and metrics to be considered in the UW of our investments according to the strategies to be proposed to investors.
Coordination and very close work with the Strategy area, helping to analyze the new verticals to be developed by the Company, according to the needs of the investors with whom we co-invest.
Coordination with Strategy and Investment in preparing UW materials and IC Memos to present both to investors and to the company for new investments.
Coordination with Legal, Financial, Commercial, Technical, and Compliance teams.
