Financial Offer Analyst

ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, is looking to incorporate a Financial Offer Analyst in its Madrid offices.

MISSION
Ensure the proper management of financial and accounting operations, guaranteeing accurate records, account reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and the provision of key data for financial decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring the correct identification and resolution of discrepancies between accounting and bank records.
2. Record and monitor client and supplier invoices, ensuring their correct allocation to accounting accounts and compliance with payment or collection deadlines.
3. Prepare periodic financial reports, providing basic analysis of income, expenses, and balances to facilitate decision-making.
4. Monitor cash flow and treasury operations, ensuring fund availability and anticipating liquidity needs.
5. Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the correct recording of income, expenses, depreciation, and provisions.
6. Review and ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, collaborating in the preparation and submission of taxes under the supervision of the tax department.
7. Manage the filing and control of financial documentation, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible for internal and external audits.
8. Participate in the automation and improvement of financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating in the implementation of technological tools.
9. Perform budget variance analysis, supporting the development of corrective proposals to align with financial objectives.
10. Collaborate with the management control, tax, and audit departments, providing the necessary data and documents to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial processes.

EDUCATION
- Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or similar

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles

ACCIONA en su línea de negocio de Construcción precisa incorporar una o un Analista de Ofertas Financiero en sus oficinas en Madrid.

MISIÓN
Asegurar la adecuada gestión de operaciones financieras y contables, garantizando registros precisos, conciliación de cuentas, cumplimiento normativo y la provisión de datos clave para la toma de decisiones financieras.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
1. Gestionar las conciliaciones bancarias, asegurando la correcta identificación y resolución de discrepancias entre registros contables y bancarios.
2. Registrar y monitorear facturas de clientes y proveedores, asegurando su correcta asignación a cuentas contables y cumplimiento de plazos de pago o cobro.
3. Preparar informes financieros periódicos, proporcionando análisis básicos de ingresos, gastos y balances para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
4. Monitorear flujos de caja y operaciones de tesorería, asegurando la disponibilidad de fondos y anticipando necesidades de liquidez.
5. Colaborar en la preparación de cierres contables mensuales y anuales, asegurando la correcta contabilización de ingresos, gastos, amortizaciones y provisiones.
6. Revisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones fiscales y contables vigentes, colaborando en la preparación y presentación de impuestos bajo la supervisión del departamento fiscal.
7. Gestionar el archivo y control de documentación financiera, asegurando que todos los documentos estén organizados y accesibles para auditorías internas y externas.
8. Participar en la automatización y mejora de procesos financieros, identificando áreas de mejora y colaborando en la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas.
9. Realizar análisis de desviaciones presupuestarias, apoyando el desarrollo de propuestas correctivas para alinearse con los objetivos financieros.
10. Colaborar con los departamentos de control de gestión, fiscalidad y auditoría, proporcionando los datos y documentos necesarios para asegurar la integridad y eficiencia de los procesos financieros.

EDUCACIÓN
- Formación Profesional Avanzada en Administración y Finanzas o un grado universitario en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad y Finanzas, o similar

EXPERIENCIA
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles similares
