The role

Do you want to be part of the future of DABA as a Second Manager?

In our Boutique located in Girona, you will represent the Nespresso brand and support the coordination of operational functions and the Coffee Specialist team to ensure the correct functioning of the Boutique and thus guarantee the sales and quality objectives set by the company.

What you'll do

You will provide support and training to the Coffee Specialists in sales skills to reach the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives and provide them with feedback on their performance.
You will provide support in monitoring objectives and will detect improvements and business opportunities in the Boutique and will make proposals for improvement actions to the Boutique Manager.
You will participate in the Boutique's closing / opening processes.
You will participate in carrying out inventories and internal product movements according to the processes and policies set by DABA.
You will carry out sales and attend to customers following the quality of service and customer care standards set by DABA and by Nespresso.

How you'll work

36h/week from Monday to Saturday, from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with the possibility of working a morning shift one day per week.
