  • Support the project to implement a 3D printer in the plant, helping to define and document the complete workflow: from identifying needs to designing, printing, validating, and using parts or tools in an industrial environment.
  • Design and adapt 3D models in Fusion 360 to manufacture aids, tools, prototypes, and support parts for maintenance, production, and spare parts management.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance, engineering, and production teams to identify opportunities where 3D printing can improve response times, tool availability, or resolution of technical issues.
  • Create a simple and replicable methodology for requesting, prioritizing, designing, printing, testing, and registering parts manufactured using 3D printing.
  • Ensure that the proposed designs meet the safety, quality, hygiene, and usage criteria required in the plant.
  • Document learnings, standards, printing parameters, materials used, and best practices to consolidate the 3D printing process in the factory.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the project, proposing new applications for 3D printing for tools, fixtures, supports, non-critical spare parts, and support solutions for the production lines.
