Your main responsibilities will be the following:

What you'll do

  • Support in order management for the Sant Hilari logistics area.
  • Support in the management and monitoring of assigned customer accounts.
  • Support in phone customer service and in resolving inquiries received by email.
  • Collaboration in monitoring incidents related to the order management and delivery process.
  • Administrative and operational support to the Order to Delivery team in day-to-day activities.
  • Participation in projects and department initiatives, especially during periods of lower activity, in order to gain knowledge and develop within the area.
