The role

We are looking to hire a Production Operator for our bottling plant, whose main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the production and bottling lines, guaranteeing compliance with the quality, food safety, productivity, and occupational safety standards established by the company.

What you'll do

Ensure the proper functioning of the bottling lines, guaranteeing the planned production.
Comply with the quality, food safety, and risk prevention standards established by the company.
Perform basic quality controls and verify that the product meets the defined specifications.
Collaborate on format changes, line startups, and stops to maximize production efficiency.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, contributing to a safe and organized environment.
Participate in autonomous maintenance activities and report any incidents that may affect production.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, proposing ideas and collaborating on team initiatives.

Rotating shifts - morning, afternoon, night.
