Qualified SAMs Inspection Technician

• Higher Degree in Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Health, or Industrial Chemistry; University degree in Environmental Sciences, Biology, or Industrial Technical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions.
• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in performing quality assurance testing on Automatic Measurement Systems in emissions (NGC2, EAS, EBS).
• Demonstrable experience in performing functional tests, using diluters, both dry gas and wet gas generation systems.
• Demonstrable experience in the processing of data obtained in the calibration process (SAM vs. MRP) and in the preparation of NGC-2 and EAS/EBS reports according to the requirements of the various Autonomous Communities.
• Environmental regulations (Integrated Environmental Authorizations, APCA, discharge permits).
• Training in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), especially working at heights and aerial work platforms.
• Driver's license (mandatory).
• Languages: Spanish and English (B1).
• Skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.
• Organizational capacity and attention to detail.

• Experience in ENAC-accredited entities regarding water or waste.
• Familiarity with environmental inspection IT platforms (INDA, COAT).
• Experience in the management and verification of technical measuring equipment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Environmental Inspection Department, where we perform accredited sampling and testing.

The person occupying this position will be key in the execution of environmental inspections and testing, ensuring the quality of results and compliance with applicable regulatory and technical requirements, and environmental control (stack and fugitive emissions) in entities accredited by ENAC according to UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025.

• Sampling and performing in situ testing on emissions and water.
• Completion of field records and preparation of technical reports.
• Management of reports on Administration IT platforms (INDA, COAT).
• Organization and maintenance of inspection material and equipment. Periodic verifications of technical equipment.
• Continuous communication and reporting with the department.
