The role

At SICE, we are looking to recruit a Technical Bid Engineer, with experience in the urban traffic field, to join our team at the Alcobendas offices.

What you'll do

- Preparation of technical and economic bids in accordance with the requirements and needs of public and private clients, mainly in the field of Urban Traffic and/or ITS Systems.

- Collaboration with the different teams involved in the bid lifecycle, such as Engineering, Finance, Legal and other company areas, to define competitive strategies.

- Participation in the definition of the technical solution, feasibility analysis and cost study of projects.

- Development and drafting of the technical proposal, adapting solutions to the specific requirements and needs of each project.

- Analysis of tender specifications and technical documentation, identifying the main requirements, constraints and key aspects of the tenders.

- Coordination of the information and documentation necessary for the preparation of bids, ensuring the correct integration of contributions from the various areas involved.

- Review and assurance of compliance with the established requirements for the correct preparation and presentation of bids.

- Creation and management of the bidding plan until the contract award, coordinating the various parties involved and ensuring compliance with the main milestones and deadlines.
