Requirements

The role

At DEKRA, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a Test Technician (m/f/d) to join our EMC (Industrial & Automotive) team in Málaga.

The EMC area develops regulated electromagnetic compatibility, radio frequency, OTA, SAR, electrical safety, and other technical testing, in addition to providing calibration services and acting as a notified body for EMC and RED directives and as a Certification Body for the United States and Canada.

The selected person will join a specialized technical team and participate in projects for different sectors, including automotive, industry, military, and avionics.

What you'll do

Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radio frequency (RF) testing in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Prepare, configure, and operate the equipment and instrumentation necessary for each test.
Guarantee the correct execution of tests and the quality of the results obtained.
Work mainly in a laboratory, with occasional travel to client facilities.
Participate in automotive, industry, military, and avionics projects.
Collaborate with the technical team and progressively develop autonomy and specialized knowledge.
