At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in Product Marketing at a SaaS or technology company.
Real experience researching B2B customers, decision-makers, or competitors, and converting what was learned into conclusions and recommendations applied to the business.
Experience defining value propositions, positioning, or messaging, and participating in product launches, pricing and packaging decisions, or go-to-market strategies.
Native or bilingual Spanish (C2) and C1 English, to research, interview, and present recommendations in English. Catalan and other languages such as French, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.
We value experience in international markets, especially Europe or LATAM. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar is a plus.
We do not ask for specific tools: we care more about your methodology, your critical thinking, and the results you have achieved.
Fixed salary from €28,000 to €33,000 gross per year.
Indefinite full-time contract. We have flexible hours and a hybrid model, with the possibility of choosing your vacation days in any period of the year.
A role with direct impact: your analyses and recommendations will guide positioning, pricing, and international expansion decisions.
Real projection towards Senior Product Marketing Specialist or Product Marketing Manager as markets and the team grow.
Working in an innovative, multi-award-winning startup, with a real focus on artificial intelligence and in full international expansion.
Office in Barcelona with coffee, fruit, snacks, and everything typical to make day-to-day life more bearable.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, within the Revenue area, to become the person who knows our customers, our competitors, and the markets in which we operate best.
With a consolidated position in Spain and expansion already underway in Europe and LATAM, we are entering a stage where understanding each market is key. Your mission will be to deeply research who we sell to, what they need, and what alternatives they compare us with, and convert those findings into value propositions, positioning, messaging, and recommendations that guide our launches and entry into new markets. We are not looking for someone to produce content or campaigns, but for someone who defines the insights and the arguments behind them.
This is a position for someone with experience in B2B Product Marketing, with analytical judgment and the autonomy to carry out research from start to finish and defend their recommendations. Here, we research to decide, not just to research.
You will research our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and B2B buyer personas: their problems, what drives them to buy, how they decide, and what alternatives they value. You will combine interviews, internal data, and market analysis by solution, segment, and country.
You will design interviews with customers and prospects, analyze feedback from Sales and Customer Success, and compare our competitors in pricing, packaging, features, and positioning to detect differentiators and real risks.
You will develop use case maps and define clear and differentiated value propositions, which you will translate into specific positioning and messaging for each buyer, solution, and market.
You will research perceived value, willingness to pay, and commercial frictions to provide hypotheses and recommendations for pricing and packaging to Marketing, Revenue, and Product.
Together with Growth, Sales, Product, and the LATAM team, you will define the Product Marketing approach for our launches and our entry into European and LATAM markets: who we are targeting, how we position ourselves, with what messages, and how we will measure the result.
You will identify the insights and narratives that should feed reports, webinars, use cases, sales playbooks, and battlecards, and you will prepare the briefings so that Growth and external collaborators can produce them.
You will review the results of each launch and campaign with the involved teams, contrast value hypotheses and objections, and propose adjustments.
Over time, you will build a replicable market intelligence system and assume more ownership over the value proposition and positioning of our solutions.
Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Barcelona office: 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
You ask good questions, formulate hypotheses, and also seek the evidence that contradicts them before recommending.
You turn an open challenge into a plan, interviews, an analysis, and a recommendation, without needing constant supervision.
You connect what you discover with business decisions and prioritize what truly changes the result.
You organize information from many sources, distinguish facts from hypotheses, and fulfill the commitments you undertake.
You explain complex ideas clearly and adapted to each interlocutor, from Sales to management.
You propose, question the established, and defend your recommendations with arguments and with respect.
You have international sensitivity: you do not extrapolate without evidence and you adapt the analysis and the messages to each market.
