Your mission is to support the team by driving efficiency behind the scenes. You will be hands-on with project management office tasks, building streamlined processes, driving small automations, and turning data into actionable dashboards to ensure the smooth implementation of initiatives across our entire 3PL ecosystem.
What you'll do
PMO Support & Cross-3PL Initiatives: Support the management, tracking, and rollout of core operational initiatives that impact our vast network of 3PL providers in Spain.
Process Building & Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks within the team's workflows and design efficient, repeatable processes. Take a hands-on approach to creating small automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks.
Data Analysis & 3PL Efficiency: Deep dive into fleet performance and operational data. Create, maintain, and improve dashboards to analyze fleet KPIs, helping the team maximize order volumes, eliminate bottlenecks, and track operational efficiency.
Tool Adoption & Process Onboarding: Support the rollout of new Glovo tech, features, and operational processes across our 3PL network, ensuring smooth onboarding to optimize daily operations.
