MISSION

Within the Infrastructure and Operations Directorate, a Platform Engineer is required for the Platform team, responsible for designing, building, and operating internal platforms that enable development teams to deliver software faster, more securely, and more reliably. The role focuses on creating reusable and self-service capabilities that abstract infrastructure complexity, while simultaneously ensuring security, quality, and operational standards.

Required experience

  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in engineering or administration of Microservices-based platforms.
  • Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Skill in collaborating with multiple technical and business areas.

Required Knowledge

  • Kubernetes: OpenShift and cloud-native ecosystems.

  • Observability: Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana, and Loki.
  • Scripting and automation development: Python, Bash.
  • Middleware: Apache Kafka (Strimzi/AMQ Streams), Red Hat DataGrid, 3Scale API Gateway, and Keycloak.
