perations of Transactions area, we are looking to incorporate a junior profile into the Operational Control and Staffing team of our Madrid office.

We are Transactions, composed nationally of more than 600 professionals who provide strategies and services to our clients at every phase of their business economic cycle.

What is the challenge?

  • Job Mission: To provide support in the processes of assigning consultants to projects, ensuring that the information in the Staffing tool is robust, reliable, and useful for monitoring purposes
  • Functions:
    • Support in updating the staffing tool with current assignments and their corresponding data (project starts/ends, changes in dedication, dates, vacations, training).
    • Keep Staffing information updated and consistent, performing basic data quality controls and monitoring pending information
    • Extraction, consolidation, and preparation of standard occupancy and planning reports for Staffing managers, identifying basic information incidents or data inconsistencies.
    • Monitoring and updating project assignments in the corporate Staffing tools.
    • Support for the logistical/administrative management of staffing (inventory management, training, or vacations).
    • Support in the onboarding of new professionals through the collection and updating of information in the Staffing tools and databases
    • Verify the basic consistency of staffing data in the tool and propose corrections if necessary (dates, obvious overlaps, dedications exceeding 100%...).
